THE ROLE:

SISRA Ltd is seeking ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join the Support Team and help with the company’s continued rapid growth within the Education sector.
Your main role will be to support users of both SISRA services with any data queries, ranging from troubleshooting setup issues to the calculation of school reporting figures. You will also assist in advising in the most effective way to make the most of both services. An excellent grasp of English Language is vital as all support is provided via live chat and email.
Due to the complexity and type of data issues that you may face, an excellent grasp of Maths is equally as important, and you must have obtained at least a grade C at GCSE. Familiarity with MS Excel and the creation of formula will also place you at a distinct advantage. As the role requires daily computer use, you should be computer literate.
Experience of SISRA services is not required as full training will be given. This training period is intensive and will cover all aspects of the services as well provide knowledge of the Education Sector. Once you become proficient in supporting customers, opportunities within the company may be provided to you, such as testing, attending events or training customers.
Experience in a similar role is not required as this role is such a unique and challenging one that we welcome applicants from any background – however, please only apply if you have strong English and Maths as these will be tested during the interview stage.

  • Customer orientation and ability to build rapport
  • Excellent Maths and English language/grammar – you MUST have studied Maths to a good standard (at least GCSE grade C or equivalent)
