Sisra Analytics is getting an exciting new look including, logos, a new colour scheme and a streamlined navigation menu for Sisra Admins.  

It may seem like a big change, but rest assured, our core values and commitment to our customers will stay the same. Furthermore, our customers will experience no difference in the software functionality, day-to-day processes, or how to access our platforms. 

To make this transition as smooth as possible, we’ve compiled a list of FAQs. 


What can customers expect from this rebrand? 

Customers can expect to receive the same service and support, as well as a new and improved look. However, there is no direct change to our customers’ software or processes. 

Why are we rebranding when we already have a strong brand reputation? 

Considering our recent acquisition by Juniper Education, we felt that it was time for a fresh and appealing new look that unifies the platform with the rest of the Juniper software offer. 

How does this change the customer relationship with Sisra? 

This change will not affect our client relationships in any way; however, we are constantly striving to improve our overall processes and reputation.  

Does the rebrand mean that the software will also change? 

No, the software will not change. The functionality will remain the same and only the aesthetics are changing. 

 What will happen to the Sisra Analytics Admin login URL? 

The URL will remain the same. 


Sisra admins will still be able to access the same Support team via Live Chat between Monday and Friday 9am and 5pm.
